Our CEO- My name is Dietangal Heard and I will be your Improvement Consultant. I have a MS in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Management. I hold two Florida Board Certifications in Substance Abuse and Mental Health; and I am an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug counselor.  I have worked 29 years in the Human Service field working with children, teens, families, and adults in all settings; outpatient, residential, inpatient, and corrections programs. I have also worked with county, state, and federal organizations. I have received numerous accolades throughout my career but to name a few I have been awarded Counselor of the Year, received a Commendation for Exemplary Public Service by Chief Judge Moran; 4th Judicial Court, Florida, and received FADAA’s; 2014 Professional of the Year; Northeast Region.  I have a history of building strong teams, negotiating for the betterment of the consumer and/or company. I believe in providing quality services and the 3 C’s; Communication, Consistency, and Compassion.
